DOQ Priorat wines have obtained very good results in the last Parker List 2014 dedicated to Catalan wines. A very old wine from Arrels del Priorat cellar (produced by Mr. René Barbier and Mr. Jaume Balaguer) has obtained 100 points (maximum possible). A good number of DOQ Priorat wines have obtained very good results, many of them being over 95 points. This ranking has been made by Mr. Luis Gutiérrez, the responsible for Spain of the Parker List.
The Regulatory Board of the Priorat Denomination of Origin celebrates these good results and thanks all producers and vine growers for their good job.
