Tastings and festivals related to wine stop in Priorat due to the cold. It’s almost as if events follow the vine’s cycle, which is ready for lethargy as temperatures descent.
The “Tast de Santa Bàrbara” tasting, held over the first weekend of December, meant the end of the activities due this year. Next one will take place in March, just as green takes over to waken vineyards in Priorat. See you there.
