Casa Gran del Siurana S.L. was born from the concern of Suqué and Mateu family, from Cavas and Wines from Castell de Perelada (Girona), to obtain high quality wines within the DOQ Priorat.
They acquired two parcels in 2000 with a total of 50 hectares. "Casa Gran" is an 18th century house that was owned by the Carthusian monks of Scala Dei, who were the driving force behind the viticulture art in Priorat around the 12th century.
