Description
They produce ecologic wines certified by CCPAE since 2002. “Nit de Nin” and “Planetes de Nin” are the wines they produce. They use mules to till the land and all grapes are manually selected. Aged 16-18 months in oak French barrels and also in terracota amphora to avoid the presence of wood. No added industrial yeast is used.
