Celler Joan Simó

The cellar is located in the country house where Joan Simó was born, grandfather of the current owner. It has a capacity to elaborate and store 25.000 bottles. It started producing 1.100 bottles in 1999 and they produce 20.000 bottles nowadays, with grapes from old vines on the slopes. Most of the vineyard is garnatxa and carinyena, autochthonous varieties.
Nowadays 70% of the wine is exported to USA, Austria, Switzerland, Canada, Belgium and Sweden but also more and more to the national market.
