Marco Abella

Marco Abell S.L. belongs to family Marco, established in Porrera, as we find in the first Catalan and European census, from the 14th century. The winery was founded in 2001 with the will to transmit the authenticity, typicality and essence of Porrera, while respecting the environment at all times, using eco-friendly agriculture and the latest techniques known in biodynamics. Marco Abella works in 30ha of vineyards using local varieties. The winery is located just 700m from Porrera and has 1500 m2 in 3 floors, 2 of which are built under ground level, more than 7m deep.
